Ernesto introduced fajitas for the first time in Mexico back in 1985 when you could only find fajitas in Texas. Since then this has been the place to enjoy a great fajita with his own recipe. Try the original skirt steak fajitas, or chicken breast, shrimp or fish and a variety of dishes such as chimichangas, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, hamburgers, Ernesto's key lime pie and more.

We are located between Atlantis Submarine and AquaWorld dive shop in front of Hotel Park Royal.
